Cookie Policy

Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Pelthe Capital Partners S.p.A., with registered office at Via
Chiaravalle 7, 20122 Milan (MI), Italy, VAT No. 147723109681 (the “Data Controller”, “we”, “us”)
uses cookies and other tracking technologies on the website www.pelthe.com (the “Website”). This
Policy is provided pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”), Article 122 of Italian
Legislative Decree No 196/2003 (the “Privacy Code”), and the Guidelines on cookies and other
tracking tools issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati
personali) of 10 June 2021 (the “Garante Guidelines”).

For full information on how we process your personal data, including your rights, international data

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are, as a rule, text strings that the websites visited by the user (so-called “publisher” or “first-
party” websites) or different websites or web servers (so-called “third parties”) place and store within a
terminal device in the user’s possession — whether directly, as is the case with publisher websites, or
indirectly, through the intermediation of the publisher websites, as is the case with “third parties”.

Software for browsing the internet and operating these devices can store cookies and then transmit
them back to the sites that generated them on the occasion of a subsequent visit by the user, thus
keeping track of that user’s previous interaction with one or more websites.

Information encoded in cookies may include personal data, such as an IP address, a username, a
unique identifier or an email address, but it may also include non-personal data such as language
settings or information on the type of device a person is using to navigate within the website.

2. Categories of cookies used on this Website

The applicable law envisages two broad categories of cookies: (i) technical cookies, used solely for
the purpose of carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications
network or to the extent strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user; and (ii)
profiling cookies, used to trace specific actions or recurring behavioural patterns back to identified or
identifiable individuals for the purpose of sending targeted advertising or providing increasingly
customised services.

The Website currently uses exclusively technical (strictly necessary) cookies supplied by the hosting
platform (Wix). No profiling, marketing, analytics or functional cookies are installed on the users’
devices, and no third-party tracking technology is used. Pursuant to Article 122 of the Privacy Code
and to the Garante Guidelines, the installation of these cookies does not require the user’s prior
consent, and no cookie banner is displayed.

Should the Website in the future integrate additional cookies or other tracking tools requiring the
user’s consent, this Cookie Policy will be updated accordingly, and a compliant consent banner will be
implemented.
